Job summary

Goldenagri seeks a seasoned Mine Maintenance Manager to lead remote maintenance operations for a diverse mining fleet. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, supervise a dispersed team, and drive CMMS-based workflows to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety culture, and global collaboration, with a focus on predictive maintenance and cost control in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Minimum 10 years in heavy equipment maintenance with 5+ years in management/ supervision.
• Proven experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage maintenance strategies for all mining equipment (haul trucks, excavators, loaders, drills).
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability and availability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, planners, technicians, and staff with a safety-first culture.
• Implement CMMS for work orders, inventory control, and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure timely parts/resources.
• Drive process improvement, technology adoption (remote monitoring, data analytics), and workforce development.
