Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an experienced Reliability & Engineering Manager to drive asset reliability across mining and processing operations. You will lead asset management standards, reliability programs, and governance to support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

With 15+ years in reliability/maintenance within heavy industries, you will develop strategies, manage deployment of CMMS and ERP data, and lead RCA and procurement projects to optimize performance and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years in reliability, maintenance, asset management in mining or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of asset management systems and maintenance management.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance systems (SAP/PRONTO/QlikView/Optimum).
• Proven skills in RCA, failure mode analysis, and maintenance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Implement Asset Management Standards to boost reliability and availability.
• Develop engineering governance, standards, and maintenance best practices.
• Lead asset lifecycle management and replacement planning.
• Drive reliability programs including FMEA and spare parts management.
• Monitor asset performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain equipment master data and asset registers in ERP.
• Lead RCA, defect elimination, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage equipment procurement and engineering projects.
• Develop and manage departmental OPEX, CAPEX, and annual work programs.
• Support new plant projects with maintenance readiness planning.
• Conduct engineering reviews to improve equipment maintainability.
• Develop technology roadmaps and identify operational improvements.
