Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a Repair & Maintenance Manager to translate reliability strategies into daily actions, directing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, efficient execution of maintenance work across multiple sites in Indonesia. You will drive uptime, adherence to schedules, and safety within the World Class Manufacturing framework.

The role requires managing repairs, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on KPI performance and staff

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from a reputable university.
Have minimum 7 years experience in maintenance or engineering role and experience in AM & PM implementation & measure the OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc as a Continuous Improvement process.
Familiar with SAP PM, API/ASME/ISO standards and PdM tools.
Good at English both writing or speaking.
Willing to travel to our refineries site.

Responsibilities

Implement repair and maintenance strategy aligning with RCM analysis, FMEA, RA within WCM framework.
Managing work orders & daily operations execution for planned and unplanned maintenance across sites.
Prioritize daily work on critical equipment.
Control and monitor KPI target: MTTR, MTBF, %Breakdown, equipment availability & reliability, response time.
Lead and develop technicians including competency matrix and skill upgrading.
