Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Manager in Indonesia to translate reliability strategies into daily actions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage work orders, and drive corrective and preventive actions within the World Class Manufacturing framework.

The role emphasizes equipment uptime, KPI adherence (MTTR/MTBF, availability), and safety compliance across refinery, biodiesel, kernel crushing, and utilities sites, with travel to refineries as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) from reputable University.
• Have minimum 7 years experience in maintenance or engineering role and experience in AM & PM implementation & measure the OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc as a Continuous Improvement process.
• Familiar with SAP PM, API/ASME/ISO standards and PdM tools.
• Good at English both writing or speaking.
• Willing to travel to our refineries site.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate reliability strategies into daily action plans and direct multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Manage work orders and daily operations for planned and unplanned maintenance across sites.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions from RCA & CI initiation and prioritize critical equipment.
• Lead technicians and develop competency matrices and skill upgrading.
• Support WCM integration across sites for PM, FI, and AM initiatives.
• Enforce maintenance standards (corrective & preventive) and OPLs implementation.
• Coordinate reliability improvement efforts and spare parts management.
