Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in chemical plant maintenance with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of rotating and static equipment; pumps, fans, pressure vessels, heat exchangers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams to improve MTBF and reduce MTTR; perform RCA.
• Willing to work in Medan.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance implementation to meet targets.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Lead SAP administration and maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO systems.
• Develop maintenance staff and ensure safe, clean working environment.
• Manage safety and regulatory compliance within the plant.
