Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (CA/CPA) desirable.
• Minimum 6 years in financial accounting with focus on financial reporting.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls for data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors providing necessary documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
