Job summary

Wings Group is seeking a seasoned Remote Senior Accountant specialized in Financial Reporting to join a globally distributed team. The role focuses on accurate and timely financial statement preparation, adherence to PSAK/IFRS, and ensuring regulatory compliance from anywhere in Indonesia.

The position offers fully remote work with strong emphasis on autonomy, integrity, and collaboration with auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline; CA/CPA desirable.
• At least 6 years of experience in financial accounting with emphasis on financial reporting.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of PSAK and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements in line with PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls for data accuracy and security.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation and support.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency of financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
