Job summary

Bdo In Indonesia is seeking a Remote Senior Accountant specialized in Financial Reporting to join a globally distributed team. This role focuses on accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and disclosures, ensuring compliance with PSAK and IFRS while working entirely from home in Indonesia.

You will lead complex statements, manage month-end and year-end closes, develop robust internal controls, and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline; CA/CPA desirable
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK and IFRS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work remotely with effective collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements per PSAK/IFRS
• Manage month-end and year-end closes including journals and reconciliations
• Develop and maintain internal controls for data accuracy and security
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Identify process improvements for reporting efficiency
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
