Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• CA/CPA certification is highly desirable.
• 6+ years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and support.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
