Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CA/CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial accounting with emphasis on financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements compliant with PSAK and IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
