Pura Group is seeking a highly organized Remote Production Coordinator to manage and facilitate production workflows from a distance, supporting operations without requiring physical presence in Makassar. This role coordinates schedules, resources, tracks progress, and ensures smooth communication between remote teams and stakeholders.

You will contribute to production efficiency and quality standards through effective remote management in a distributed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or project management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with project management and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and output targets from a remote location.
• Facilitate communication between remote design, engineering, and production teams.
• Track production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions.
• Manage production documentation and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
• Assist in the coordination of material procurement and logistics for production needs.
• Generate reports on production status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
