Pura Group is seeking a Remote Production Coordinator to manage production workflows from a distance, supporting operations without requiring physical presence in Makassar. You will coordinate schedules, track progress, and ensure remote teams stay aligned.

This role emphasizes proactive remote management, documentation, and KPI reporting, with collaboration across design, engineering, and procurement to maintain efficiency and quality in a distributed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or project management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and output targets from a remote location.
• Facilitate communication between remote design, engineering, and production teams.
• Track production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions.
• Manage production documentation and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
• Assist in the coordination of material procurement and logistics for production needs.
• Generate reports on production status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
