About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Remote Quality Assurance Lead to establish and manage their quality assurance framework from anywhere in Indonesia, supporting their manufacturing operations near Padang, West Sumatra. This leadership role will involve developing QA strategies, implementing robust quality control systems, and leading a distributed QA team. You will champion a culture of quality across all departments, ensuring products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity for a driven QA professional to build and shape the quality function within a growing company, operating entirely remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of Quality Assurance professionals, setting performance standards and fostering professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage a remote team effectively.
