Pt. Graha Layar Prima is seeking a Remote Industrial Engineer specializing in Plant Layout and Design to shape manufacturing facilities from anywhere. You will develop layouts, optimize material flow, and integrate equipment for safe, efficient processes.

Applicants should have 6+ years in industrial engineering, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/Inventor) and experience with simulation tools like FlexSim or Arena. This fully remote role offers growth and access to advanced design tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
6+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience with plant layout.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Inventor.
Experience with simulation tools (FlexSim, Arena) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and ergonomics.

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual and detailed plant layouts incorporating flow, equipment placement, and material handling.
Use CAD software to create and revise plant designs and schematics.
Analyze production data to optimize equipment and workstation configurations.
Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards.
Collaborate virtually with project managers, design teams, operations, and consultants.
Perform simulations to test layout effectiveness and identify issues before implementation.
Contribute to feasibility studies and CAPEX requests for new facilities or expansions.
Maintain documentation of design processes and revisions.
