Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with plant layout and material flow optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and simulation tools (FlexSim, Arena).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards (OSHA) and ergonomic design.
• Excellent remote communication and ability to manage multiple design projects.
