Pt. Graha Layar Prima (CGV) seeks a Remote Industrial Engineer specializing in Plant Layout and Design to conceptualize, design, and optimize layouts for efficient, safe facilities from a remote location.

This role requires 6+ years in industrial engineering with strong CAD and simulation skills, plus a drive to innovate manufacturing environments. Enjoy fully remote work with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering with emphasis on plant layout and material flow.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
• Experience with simulation software (FlexSim, Arena) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ergonomic design principles.
• Excellent spatial reasoning and visualization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects independently.

Mansioni

• Develop conceptual and detailed plant layouts focusing on production flow, equipment placement, and material handling systems.
• Use CAD software to create and revise plant designs and schematics.
• Analyze production data to determine optimal equipment and workstation configurations.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and ergonomic principles.
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, design teams, operations personnel, and external consultants.
• Perform simulations and modeling to test layout effectiveness and identify potential issues before implementation.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and capital expenditure requests for new facilities or expansions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all design processes and revisions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment for integration into plant designs.
