This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a focus on accurate compensation, compliance, and responsive employee support within a supportive remote team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Manage employee payroll data for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes related to payroll.
• Stay updated on payroll practices and legislation.
