Pt Citra Laksamana Utama is seeking a precise and reliable Remote Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing for employees across various locations. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to contribute from anywhere while ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

You will handle payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and address employee inquiries. A CPP certification is a plus, and experience with payroll software/HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll bi-weekly or monthly.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations at all levels.
• Manage employee payroll data (new hires, termination, changes).
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes related to payroll.
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and relevant legislation.
