This fully remote role lets you leverage expertise from anywhere, handling network operations, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of client networks, collaborating with a distributed team to deliver high-quality IT services for a diverse client base

Formación

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator/Engineer or similar.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and TP-Link hardware.
• Experience with Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG and security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

• Provide remote technical support to end-users diagnosing network issues.
