• Experienced in logistics coordination, dispatching or fleet management, preferably remotely.
• Proficient with GPS tracking, route optimization tools, and logistics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual teams and drivers.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and prioritization under pressure.
• Highly organized with attention to detail for complex schedules.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries for a fleet of vehicles, optimizing routes for efficiency and fuel use.
• Monitor driver activities and shipment progress in real-time using GPS tracking.
• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for drivers, providing instructions and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery manifests, driver logs, and performance metrics.
• Communicate proactively with customers about shipment status, ETA and disruptions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely pickups and order fulfillment.
