Pt Mayora Indah Tbk is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership Development to join the HR team. You will design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership, management, and strategic thinking across client organizations, including Palembang engagements.

The role involves needs assessment, coaching, and facilitating sessions for diverse groups, with a focus on measurable growth and continuous improvement. Travel to Palembang-based assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs focused on leadership skills, team management, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data, tailoring programs to meet specific organizational goals.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions for diverse groups of employees, from emerging leaders to senior management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.
• Stay current with best practices in leadership development and adult learning principles to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
