You’ll represent Assetara Limited on camera, assess candidate potential, and report directly to top management. A dedicated home office setup and strong English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken English with professional presentation on camera.
• HR/recruiting experience in sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and posting job openings across channels.
• Reviewing resumes provided by the company and managing inbound applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules via Email/WhatsApp across time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri) and record each interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate logs and submit structured reports.
