You will represent Assetara on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report to top management. Responsibilities include posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting 2–3 video interviews daily, and maintaining daily candidate pipelines with reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Dedicated home office setup with high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
• Set up interview slots aligned with candidates' time zones.
• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri, ~10–15 per week).
• Record every video interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.
