Job summary

Pt Surya Duta Perkasa seeks a dedicated Remote Guest Experience Specialist to join the customer support team. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently positive experience across all touchpoints from your home office.

You will leverage hospitality principles and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional service, contributing to the company’s reputation for outstanding guest care and loyalty

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably remote.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems as needed.
Provide information about services, amenities, and policies to enhance the guest journey.
Document all guest interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and provide feedback to management.
Maintain understanding of offerings and service standards.
