Job summary

Pt Otwoo Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales for FMCG products. The role is primarily remote, covering accounts remotely with client site visits as needed, while promoting and selling products to a diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a territory from a remote base while maintaining client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
