Job summary

STERRY is a fully remote fashion marketing agency seeking a Fashion / Product Developer Designer to bridge design and manufacturing. You will craft detailed digital Tech Packs, source fabrics, and manage remote supplier relationships to deliver production-ready garments.

You’ll coordinate with overseas and domestic partners, manage timelines, and uphold quality standards while optimizing costs. A portfolio demonstrating intimate wear experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or Product Development.
• 3+ years in fashion product development, technical design, or production management; intimate wear experience favored.
• Advanced ability to create Tech Packs (Illustrator essential; CLO/Browzwear a plus).
• Strong remote collaboration skills using Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Portfolio showcasing apparel development and intimate wear projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate sketches into detailed digital Tech Packs with specs and trims.
• Source fabrics, hardware, and finishes that meet cost and sustainability targets.
• Lead remote factory communication; negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
• Own production calendar from sample to bulk delivery; flag delays early.
• Ensure QA standards and cost breakdowns align with margins.
