Job summary

STERRY is seeking aTechnical Designer / Pattern Maker for a fully remote role. You will handle digital tech packs, BIM-based patterns, and virtual fit sessions, bridging design and factory processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in apparel technical design, expertise with Clo3D/Browzwear/Accumark and strong Adobe Illustrator skills. Remote work requires reliable internet and organized collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital pattern-making software and intimate wear is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate sketches into production-ready patterns.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain digital tech packs with BOM and measurements.
• Lead remote fit sessions and evaluate fit using photos or 3D avatars.
• Grade patterns across sizes and manage digital pattern files for factory handoff.
• Coordinate with overseas and domestic manufacturers via PLM or email.
• Draft patterns using CAD software and prototype in 3D environments.
