Job summary

STERRY is a remote-first fashion product development partner seeking a skilled Fashion / Product Developer Designer to bridge design and overseas manufacturing.

You will translate sketches into digital Tech Packs, source fabrics, and manage remote factory communications to deliver garments for production on schedule. A portfolio demonstrating intimate wear development is required. Strong problem-solving, time-zone coordination, and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field is a plus, but attitude and growth potential matter.
• 3+ years in fashion product development, technical design, or production management.
• Experience in intimate wear development.
• Advanced proficiency in creating Tech Packs (Illustrator required; CLO 3D/Browzwear a plus).
• Remote work proficiency and strong English written and verbal skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant apparel and intimate wear development is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate sketches and mood boards into detailed digital Tech Packs with graded specs, construction callouts, and trims.
• Research, source fabrics, hardware, and finishes meeting design intent and cost targets.
• Coordinate remote factory communication via email/Video calls; negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs.
• Own the production calendar from sample to bulk delivery and flag delays using project tools.
• Support quality standards (AQL) and cost breakdowns to meet margins.
