Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales across Indonesia, with a focus on long-cycle deals and C-level engagements.

You will identify strategic accounts, conduct consultative discussions, present AI-powered SaaS solutions, and orchestrate multi-team alignment from product to customer success.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, independence in a remote setup, and a track record of closing USD100k+ deals with complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technology field.
• 7–12 years of B2B sales or business development experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles of six months or longer.
• Experience selling to C-level stakeholders and large enterprise sectors.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across Indonesia and SEA.
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing and negotiations.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Position AI-powered SaaS solutions to client challenges and needs.
• Lead consultative discussions and tailor proposals for local markets.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for delivery.
• Maintain CRM, forecast opportunities, and report pipeline health.
• Develop long-term client relationships through ongoing value creation.
• Represent the company at industry events and enterprise meetings.
