Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited in Jakarta focuses on mobile gaming and advertising. As a Motion Designer, you will create high‑impact video ads that bring our mobile games to life, turning gameplay into engaging videos and iterating quickly with the Creative team.

You should have 3+ years of motion design experience, be proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and be comfortable with UI assets and game art. The role offers a hybrid work model with global collaboration and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Motion Designer experience in games, mobile, or digital ads.
• Strong sense of motion, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience with gameplay footage, UI assets, and game art in video creatives.
• Willing to explore AI tools and new workflows to improve production.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and iterative design based on testing results.

• Balance production speed, creative experimentation, and visual quality while delivering assets within agreed timelines.

Role Overview

As a Motion Designer, you’ll create high‑impact video ads that bring our games to life. You’ll turn creative concepts and gameplay into engaging videos, experiment with different hooks and variations, and work closely with the Creative team to iterate quickly and deliver standout content at scale.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, preferably within the game, mobile, or digital advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of motion, composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with familiarity with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Comfortable working with gameplay footage, UI assets, and existing game art to create engaging video creatives.
• Curious about and willing to explore AI tools and new creative workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of production.
• Able to work quickly, manage multiple creative tasks, and deliver high‑quality work within agreed timelines.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate and refine creative work based on feedback and testing results.
