Solve Education is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns for a client-focused agency serving APAC, with remote work for Indonesian candidates. You will drive acquisition and conversion through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven optimization.

The role requires hands-on management of paid ads, email marketing, social content, and performance reporting, partnering with a creative team to deliver compelling campaigns for Singapore-based clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
Deep understanding of modern, multi-channel lead generation channels.
Strong expertise in paid ads platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Prerequisite: strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Manage all marketing campaign communications and coordinate with the design team on creatives.
Improve awareness, engagement, and conversions through A/B testing.
Provide write-ups and posts on social media.
Run social media ads such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
Manage databases and produce reports for clients.
Execute email marketing and drip campaigns.
Assist with event outreach as needed.
