Job summary

Datacenter People is seeking a technical documentation specialist to develop, govern and harmonize the project's reference framework across multiple packages for data center infrastructure.

You will own requirements management, ensure traceability, and coordinate with design consultants, EPCM firms, OEMs and stakeholders to reduce risk and support procurement, construction and handover.

Fluent French and professional English are required, and a degree in engineering or related field is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, energy, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder, multi-package, and phased project environments.
• Fluent French and professional-level English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern the project's technical reference framework.
• Define and align common technical assumptions between disciplines and stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements support performance, redundancy, operability, and asset management.
• Lead the development and management of technical specifications for project packages.
• Ensure documentation quality and governance throughout project milestones.
• Collaborate with design consultants, EPCM organizations, OEMs, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor document maturity and escalate inconsistencies or gaps.
• Promote system-wide technical framework across project phases.
