Job summary

Pt. Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk seeks a proactive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer to join a fully remote team.

You will develop, implement, and manage CSR initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and values, and build partnerships to enhance social impact from anywhere. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in CSR or related fields, strong research and reporting skills, and excellent communication and project management abilities to drive programs and collaborations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, non-profit management, or corporate philanthropy.
• Proven ability to develop and manage impactful CSR programs and partnerships.
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and action plans.
• Identify and build relationships with corporate partners to foster collaboration on CSR projects.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of various CSR programs, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Conduct research on CSR best practices and emerging trends to inform strategy.
• Prepare reports on CSR activities, impact, and progress for stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to CSR initiatives.
