Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk in West Java seeks a Social Management & Community Development Manager to lead CSR strategies, build relationships with communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders, and align programs with corporate objectives.

You will conduct needs assessments, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate initiatives, manage budgets and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master preferred) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
• At least 5 years of experience in CSR/ESR or security leadership.
• Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in mining or international companies.
• In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community development and CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct community needs assessments and social mapping to identify priority programs.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate community development initiatives and measure their social impact.
• Manage community engagement activities to foster positive relationships and address community concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to social and community development.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and social initiatives into business operations.
• Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in community development programs.
