Pt Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Remote Management Consultant focused on Client Engagement. This fully remote role enables you to apply your expertise from anywhere to strengthen client relationships, improve service delivery, and drive client satisfaction across projects.

You will develop and implement strategies that enhance partnerships, collaborate with virtual teams, and deliver valuable insights through client reports and reviews.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, account management, or consulting, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and client lifecycle management.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction across project lifecycles.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.
• Prepare regular client reports and conduct virtual review meetings to discuss progress and insights.
