- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in digital banking, risk, or compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong remote leadership and communication skills, with ability to build trust virtually.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements for clients in banking, insurance, and investment management.
- Advise on regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, capital requirements).
- Develop strategies for digital transformation, fintech integration, and customer experience.
- Oversee projects related to risk management, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
- Manage client relationships at the executive level and ensure delivery.
