Sinarsuksesmandiri is seeking a Remote Management Consultant focused on Change Management to guide client organizations through transformations, ensuring successful adoption of new strategies, technologies, and processes while working remotely with distributed teams.

You will design change strategies, coach leaders, and measure outcomes across industries, leveraging ADKAR or Kotter methodologies to drive buy-in, reduce resistance, and embed sustainable change in virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management consulting or leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing across virtual environments.
• Ability to diagnose organizational dynamics and design tailored interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and develop change strategies.
• Design and implement communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
• Identify risks and resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
• Coach leaders and employees through transitions to ensure adoption.
• Measure effectiveness of change initiatives and support sustainability.
• Facilitate virtual sessions to build consensus and drive engagement.
