You will collaborate with distributed teams, drive adoption of new processes and technologies, and support leaders and employees through transitions to realize measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management consulting or leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, and influencing across virtual environments.
• Ability to diagnose organizational dynamics and develop tailored change interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and develop comprehensive change management strategies.
• Design and implement communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs.
• Identify potential risks and resistance points to change and develop mitigation plans.
• Coach and support leaders and employees through transitions to ensure successful adoption.
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide ongoing support for sustainability.
