Qualifications

• Proven track record leading partnerships and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with brand principals.
• Drive GMV growth from existing merchants via promo subsidies.
• Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Finance to execute initiatives.
• Monitor performance, analyze campaigns, and recommend optimizations.
• Prepare business reviews and performance reports for stakeholders.
