Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in multichannel customer support.
• Able to handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Comfortable working remotely from Indonesia.
• Familiar with CRM and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through the designated helpdesk platform in line with SLAs.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple conversations.
• Meet daily productivity targets and service quality standards.
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting when required.
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Adapt quickly to seasonal fluctuations in contact volume.
• Represent the brand professionally across markets.
