Job summary

Influx is seeking experienced customer support agents to handle phone, email, and live chat interactions as front-line brand representatives, delivering high-quality, timely support across languages.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English, with multichannel support experience, and comfortable working remotely in Indonesia using CRM/ticketing systems to document interactions clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to document interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Calm, professional, solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone, email, and live chat inquiries in line with SLAs.
• Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic responses across channels.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in contact volume.
• Represent the brand professionally across markets.
