Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field with a focus on sustainability.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainable architectural design or consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of green building rating systems (e.g., LEED AP, GBCI).
• Proficiency in energy modeling and simulation software.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to influence design decisions and drive sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies for architectural projects, aligning with client goals and environmental best practices.
• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) and environmental impact analyses for design proposals.
• Advise design teams on sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and water conservation measures.
• Guide projects through relevant green building certifications and standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sustainable architecture and building technologies.
• Educate and mentor project teams on sustainability principles through remote workshops and documentation.
