ASURANSI JIWA BCA is seeking a Relationship Management Officer in Jakarta to drive sales growth by expanding our policyholder base, broker networks, and referral partnerships. You will execute marketing strategies, manage partnerships, and provide timely support to ensure smooth operations and enhanced partner collaboration.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of prospective policyholders, risk profiling, and accurate implementation of partnerships and policies to improve closing rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Develop and manage partnerships with business referral channels and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and provide support in resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate and monitor sales administration processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic sales activity and performance reports.
• Analyze prospective policyholders' data and assess risk profiles to support business growth and improve closing rates.
• Ensure all partnership agreements, policies, and procedures are implemented accurately and effectively.
