Job summary

Bank Universal BPR is seeking a proactive professional to grow our microfinance market in Tangerang Selatan. You will spearhead client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and drive growth within a fast-paced team.

Your responsibilities include conducting credit surveys, reviewing documentation, and supporting NPL recoveries. You will execute credit processes per SOPs to minimize risk while upholding high standards of integrity and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience in marketing/sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
• High integrity with strong risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveries.
• Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.
