PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a proactive sales professional to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing clients. The role involves cross-selling and portfolio growth initiatives while meeting customer and portfolio targets in line with bank policies and service standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years in sales/marketing within financial services, and strong selling, communication, and relationship-building skills, with flexibility to work

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the financial services industry.
• Strong selling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Target-driven with the ability to perform in a results-oriented environment.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed by the bank.
