Job summary

Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand, seeks a Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory processes for cosmetic and skincare products. You will oversee BPOM registrations, ensure compliance across labeling, ingredients, and product claims, and coordinate with R&D, Marketing, QA/QC, and other teams.

You will manage regulatory documentation, registrations, renewals, and variations, guiding the Regulatory team to complete activities accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology).
• 5+ years in Regulatory Affairs, preferably cosmetics/beauty.
• Experience with BPOM cosmetic registrations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of labeling, ingredients and product claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regulatory processes for cosmetic/skincare products, including BPOM registration and notification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review product formulas, ingredients, labeling, packaging artwork, and PIF.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement new requirements timely.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, QA/QC and other departments to support launches.
• Manage regulatory documentation, registrations, renewals, and variations.
• Lead the Regulatory team and ensure timely, accurate completion of activities.

1. Lead and manage the regulatory process for cosmetic and skincare products, including BPOM registration and notification.
2. Ensure all products comply with applicable cosmetic regulations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Review product formulas, ingredients, product claims, labeling, packaging artwork, and Product Information File (PIF).
4. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
5. Collaborate with R&D, NPD, Marketing, QA/QC, and other relevant departments to support new product launches.
6. Manage regulatory documentation, product registrations, renewals, and variations.
7. Lead the Regulatory team and ensure all regulatory activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
3. Proven experience in BPOM cosmetic registration and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations, product labeling, ingredients, and product claims.
5. Experience managing regulatory documentation and coordinating cross-functional projects.
6. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
8. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
