Job summary

FACETOLOGY in Indonesia seeks a Regulatory Manager to lead cosmetic regulatory affairs, BPOM registrations, and ensure product compliance.

You will coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and QA/QC to support new launches, review labeling and PIFs, and manage registrations, renewals, and variations. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in cosmetics/skincare.
• Proven BPOM cosmetic registration experience.
• Strong knowledge of labeling, ingredients, and product claims.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and leading teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory processes for cosmetics, including BPOM registration and notification.
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and safety standards.

• Lead and manage the regulatory process for cosmetic and skincare products, including BPOM registration and notification.
• Ensure all products comply with applicable cosmetic regulations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review product formulas, ingredients, product claims, labeling, packaging artwork, and Product Information File (PIF).
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPD, Marketing, QA/QC, and other relevant departments to support new product launches.
• Manage regulatory documentation, product registrations, renewals, and variations.
• Lead the Regulatory team and ensure all regulatory activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
• Proven experience in BPOM cosmetic registration and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations, product labeling, ingredients, and product claims.
• Experience managing regulatory documentation and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
