Job summary

FACETOLOGY is a dynamic beauty brand in Indonesia seeking an NPD to drive new product concepts from market trends through to launch. You will conduct market research, guide cross‑functional teams on timelines, and own the end‑to‑end innovation process for skincare and makeup products.

Fluency in English and a background in beauty development are essential to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; Pharmacy is a plus.
• Experience running project management with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, etc).
• Minimum 1 year in beauty product development; knowledge of skincare/makeup ingredients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a new product concept through in-depth market research.
• Lead product development from market research to final launch.
• Manage the innovation process and ensure timelines are met across functions.
• Innovate packaging, formulas and other product aspects as needed.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights informing product decisions.

As a NPD, you will:

• Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.
• everything must be recorded through project management tools and timeline, you will be a person who guide and make sure each functions work as timeline and agreed
• Involve in a product development project from market research to product final launch
• Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.
• In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.
• Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any major ( Pharmacy is a point plus)
• Able to run project management with tools is a must (microsoft project, mic. excel etc)
• Minimum 1-year experience in beauty product development.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
