Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, doing business as Dikichi, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive in Malang to drive end-to-end recruitment and build robust talent pipelines for a fast-growing F&B brand. You will partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external channels to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding while focusing on candidate experience, channel optimization, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, in-house or agency.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles or functions.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening through multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience building and managing talent pools, recruitment databases, and candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in Malang; F&B/Retail/FMCG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Recruitment – manage the process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive Candidate Sourcing – attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Build Strong Talent Pipelines – develop and maintain pools and databases.
• Manage Candidate Experience – coordinate assessments, interviews, offers, and follow-ups.
• Achieve Hiring Targets – meet hiring priorities and timelines with quality candidates.
• Optimize Recruitment Channels – evaluate and improve channels for attraction.
• Support Employer Branding – assist branding initiatives to raise company awareness.
• Drive Talent Acquisition Initiatives – support strategies to strengthen recruitment effectiveness.
• Maintain HRBP Administration – manage candidate docs, databases, and reports.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams – work with hiring managers and HRBP to align needs.
