Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Licensing and Permitting Specialist in Jakarta to oversee end-to-end permit administration for retail locations. The role requires deep knowledge of local laws, land asset regulations, and strong coordination with government agencies.

You will manage permit documentation, monitor licensing processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across internal teams and external partners, while maintaining licensing budgets and keeping data up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Law, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
• Experience in permitting especially in the retail sector, is preferred.
• Deep understanding of local laws, land asset regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end permit administration, process monitoring, and managing relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and understanding regulatory requirements relevant to the organization’s operations
• Managing and ensuring the smooth processing of permit documentation for new locations, existing locations, and renewals in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the licensing process, including coordinating with third parties, internal stakeholders, and relevant government agencies.
• Drafting, evaluating, and ensuring all internal and external licensing correspondence aligns with regulations.
• Controlling and managing the licensing budget to ensure efficiency and adherence to allocation.
• Updating license issue data, legal opinions, and the latest regulations to ensure company policies remain compliant.
• Providing consultation and support to other departments regarding licensing and land assets.
